Booking Information
Hafod y Môr has four self-catering apartments in a Georgian townhouse overlooking Tenby harbour.
Waldo sleeps up to 9 guests. Dewi Emrys sleeps 5, or up to 7 with the sofa bed. Crwys sleeps 2 guests. Harbwr sleeps 2, or up to 4 with the sofa bed.
Full house bookings
Full house bookings may be available for guests who wish to book all four apartments together, sleeping up to 22 guests. Please contact us directly to discuss availability, pricing and suitability.
Length of stay
During busier periods, including school holidays and summer, apartments are usually available for weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. During quieter periods, shorter stays may be available.
What is included
Prices include electricity, heating and bed linen. Guests are asked to bring their own towels.
Arrival and house rules
Hafod y Môr is located at 8 Crackwell Street, Tenby, Pembrokeshire, SA70 7HA, close to the harbour, beaches, shops, cafés and restaurants.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Pets are not permitted. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 07780 548288 and confirming in writing by email to pysgodfflat@hotmail.com.
The date we receive your written cancellation will be treated as the cancellation date.
Refunds are considered at our discretion and may depend on the reason for cancellation, the notice given and whether we are able to re-let the apartment.
If we are able to re-let the apartment, we may consider a goodwill refund, less any booking fees, administration charges and reasonable costs. If we are unable to re-let the apartment, the full booking cost may remain payable.
Deposits are normally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may collect your name, contact details, booking details, stay dates and any information you choose to share with us.

We only keep personal information for as long as needed for booking, accounting, legal and business purposes.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, where legally possible. To make a request, please contact us by email.

Accessibility
Hafod y Môr is a Georgian townhouse in Tenby. Due to the age and layout of the building, there may be stairs, changes in level and other access limitations.
The building does not currently have a lift. Each apartment has its own layout and position within the building.
Please contact us before booking if you have any mobility or access requirements, or if you would like help choosing the most suitable apartment.
